thinking in going back to the gym in the next week
whats every one favorite
i like to do the weightlifting
or should i take it easy an use the rowing machines n exercise bikes
even though i cycle every were i go |

even though i cycle every were i go" start with one day all body workout Then up to two a week As much cardo as you want mate Build up on the weights first and no macho stuff just slow and gentle |

Depends if you want to be fit, huge, or toned..
Fit, is cardio, so treadmill, rowers, etc.
Huge is big weight, low reps
Toned is a combination, but higher rep counts with smaller weights (30 reps instead of 10).
And then I do a 50 mile bike ride at the weekend just for fun |

I also do a bike ride also - do small bike runs 10 miles to 5 miles a day all week
just wanting my stomach flatting an of course upper strength an just feel good about myself |

Lifting the remote control, checking Sky Movies & eat crisps, sweets, biscuits & diet . Repeat as required. Go dancing nekkid on cams. Voila! Body of a Greek God. Lol! |

Mr has got me doing a weights program with what he calls compound moves and high intensity training days too. It's awesome!! Does wonders for your body and confidence, get on the weights and drop the cardio x |
