BST begins at 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday of March and ends at 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday of October; since 1995 October 22 the times of commencement and cessation of daylight saving time across the European Union are aligned[3] - for instance Central European Summer Time begins and ends on the same Sundays at exactly the same time (that is, 02:00 CET).
In 2013 BST began on 31 March and will end on 27 October.[4] |

That's only for the purpose of clocks changing ! If that was the case we would only have 2 seasons in a year |
