Has anyone been to any of the CrossFit gyms around Glasgow? Wonder what the best one is to go and start at.

Bored of normal gym training and I want to try something different.

I work in Clydebank, so was looking for one around there.

Have you tried f45 there a gym in city centre workouts are good and folk are friendly enough
