Can be busy between 5 and 7pm but so is every other gym. £25 a month. |

Caliber is great, there's a free mode with an exercise library you can create workouts from. Includes anterior and posterior images of worked muscles and deno videos of all exercises. The app lets you log all your workouts by exercise, reps, weight and sets and provides an age and gender based "score" every week with trending logs of your calculated one rep max for every exercise. If you want to pay you can get a real coach to work with you remotely, assessing you by video. Even if you go with a local PT I'd recommend Caliber for logging your workouts |
