Which club is safer?
My partner and I are considering attending a club as a safe place to start our swinging journey together. However she has a lot of safety concerns regarding boundaries, thefts, creepy solicitations etc.
Could anyone please advise which is the safer of the two

I have never been to CJs so can't comment on it.
AD - been to the old After 8 and the new After Dark.
Everyone new at AD is given a tour and an explanation of the rules....No means No, and if for any reason people are still persistent speak to staff and it will be dealt with straight away.
There are lockers and phones can be checked outside or in the locker area but strictly NO mobile phones allowed in the social area or playrooms.
I have been as part of a couple and as a lady on my own and have always felt safe there. Far safer than having anyone back to ours or even going to someone's house or hotel.
Hope this helps.

I was at After Dark last Saturday for the BBQ social and stayed on for a bit after it.
I can honestly agree and might add that everyone was really friendly too.
I'll definitely be back

We have been to the old and the new After Dark - the new one for the first time last month.
Found it very welcoming, extremely friendly and staff really decent and helpful. Thought the layout of rooms was great - able to enjoy privacy if we wanted and put on a show, which we did also
Will be back for sure and yes, would recommend.
We have not experienced the Glasgow clubs before so can’t compare. |

We have been to both, and love both, CJs is just closer and has a pole for Mrs J to use
Never at any point has safety been a concern for us though. I wouldnt use that as a decider. I would say that CJs is a little more comfortable when it cones to the social aspect. Lots of social rooms and comfy couchs, AD less intimate but very welcoming, great crowd and has more rooms to offer so less likely to find your self a Queue waiting to play
Both clubs are more than capable of supplying everything you need to have an amazing night! |

We have tried both clubs, personally we prefer Cjs, we like to meet new people and AD seems to be the same people each week, but they are both decent clubs.
I prefer that cjs social area and play areas are on different floors.
I felt the private rooms in AD were a little small but they were still ok. AD provides easy access lockers which cjs doesn't, you leave your bags in a secure cloak room area that is always attended by staff. Never felt unsafe in either club, both are managed well by the owners and staff in ensuring safety and privacy. |

"Which one would be better for a first timer. Single male?"
Honestly? The closer one… Or furthest away if shy, but anything else is trivial!
Happy for anyone to butt in though and tell me im wrong
The club wont play a part in your night there. Its only what you bring that can change what you get out of it.
Manners, respect and confidence. That works for us and we love an MMF |
