Its been quite a few weeks since I had a cuddle. There was a point I went a year or so without a cuddle. You do get used to not getting them so for anyone missing cuddles, just stick in there, the "pain" of no cuddles will pass. |

Free hugs on the NHS I say (nothing saucy), the physical contact lowers stress, regulates breathing and helps release serotonin.
Being serious I couldn’t live without hugs, big squishy bear hugs, hope you all get oodles.
