Yes we said we had booked it and now the March one is over we will take bookings for this one. This is the last one we are looking to do for at least a year.
This as normal will be in a Private Function room, a disco / karaoke and a buffet. We have not decided as yet if it will be a finger buffet or cold meats and salad buffet.
This is just under 4 months away so plenty of time to organise stuff and hotels etc.
Due to people saying they are coming and not coming at the last minute and not paying we are going to give those who book and pay in advance a discount. If you book and pay by the end of May the cost will be £6 pp from the 01 June the price will be going up this will depend on the number of people booked.
Payment may be made preferably by paypal if not direct into our bank. These are the only method of payment that we will allow so please dont ask for payment on the door, as only those paid and on the list get to know the venue.
Socials are great ways to meet old and new friends and are open to everyone on the site. However please remember they are socials and defo no playing is ever allowed at the event.
So come on folk mail us for payment details or put your name down here and get booked . |

 p,s jan forgot to say, this will be a busy one, and we are sorry to say this will maybe our last one, and as people who have been to the socials will tell you how great a night they are,,,,

Deffo glad we went to our first social evening last month. Just had our first meet from it  Already got our names down for the next Social in July, can't wait, should be a good night & looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting new people. Highly recommended & a great idea to break the ice a bit, especially if you are new to this, as well as experienced swingers. Thanks guys. xx |

The Venue takes upto 100 ppl sitting so we are going to close list when we get to about 95 to make sure we have room for everyone.
We already have over 60 people on the list so if you want to come you better get your name down. |

There are quite a few ppl who would need to travel for this and do not want to travel alone. Therefore if you would like company or need a lift please let me know and also if you have spare room in your car or dont mind someone meeting you to travel by train or bus please let me know and I will try and match the ppl up as we are the only ones with the full list of who is going and where they are from.
we will only give out the username of the person if they are in agreement.
So mail us if you need help with transport even if it just for the company |

A few people have had to pull out so we have around 10 places at the moment.
Also people if you cant go please let us know not just assume we will guess lol again as with username change you must let us know or you wont get any details sent through to you. |

Thanks to all those that have now paid for their place at the social.
Those that have not yet paid we are sorry but your name is no longer on the list. Due to the number of people wanting to attend only those who have paid are going onto the list. So please if you do want to go and not yet paid please pay up but also let me know you still want to go and when to expect payment. |

Someone has paid £12 into jans paypal account and not given me a name. We know this is someone who must of had old paypal details as we have not used this paypal one for last 4.
Could the person please mail me telling me the name they have paid under so i can tie up payments please |

Ok we have got only about 20 places left - but there is still got 45 ppl saying they want to come so it is defo first to pay gets the spaces.
We will still allow anyone who has not got their name down yet to request details and if they pay before it is full then they get the space.
Sorry folk but unless you pay to book and confirm you space you may loose it. |

As it is just over 4 weeks away and list is closing at the end of June anyone that has not paid by this weekend will be coming of the list and have to ask again as we do need to know exactly how many spaces we have left. |

We now only have 16 spaces left with over 40 people still on the interested list.

An update mail has now been sent out giving some of the details regarding the social ( not the venue ).
If you have not received it please contact us and we will resend.
Some people have hidden profile or changed names and we are having a problem finding you so please mail us for details or we wont be able to send you venue. |

ok just 4 days to go and we got 2 tickets remaining. If you want them please contact us but you have to be able to pay straight away to get the booking.
Also if for some reason you cant go to the social and have booked please let us know so if somone else wants to come we can reallocate your ticket. |

Plan so far is meet in town In some pud round about 6 .30 pm as we don't no the area no info can be giving out as in where yet if ur on line al keep you posted if no either mail me ur number or we will cya there  woooop woooop no more sleeeeeeeep IT'S PARTY TIME xx |
