I managed to get up super early this morning for a ride on my spin bike I put my headphones in put the tunes on loud and blasted out 10 miles before work what a feeling after it. Proper made me feel good for the working day and even though now I’m home from work and the kids are screaming so much I still feel on top of the world haha. |

I managed to get up super early this morning for a ride on my spin bike I put my headphones in put the tunes on loud and blasted out 10 miles before work what a feeling after it. I'm thankful that my daughter has been given the all clear from cancer having had a 25 cm mass (you read that correctly) plus ovary and fallopian tube removed as well as another mass removed from the remaining ovary. Been a shitty few months for her  |

I made two loafs of bread. One Rye, the other a white bloomer with wild garlic rolled through it. Both tasted great!!! More cooking today methinks…why not, I’ve a spot of time and just finished a French chef course. |
