Was through in edindburgh the other day and tried 1 for the 1st time in my life!! Wow love a Edinburgh chippy!!
As much as I love Glasgow we lack in the broon sauce dept something different to a Glaswegian chippy....the worst part of it all I couldn't log onto fab account wanted to put up a cheeky meet whilst I was through ![](/icons/s/razz.gif) |

more north lincs than mids! |
One thing I miss about Glasgow is that I can't get a black pudding supper down south
Move down to Lincolnshire after getting married and the chippies do fish, sausage and chips and that's about it! You can't even buy fags or breakfast cereal in chippies down here. They are missing out lots! |

Was in Saltcoats one day - yeah day trip to lnd that time forgot - and decided on a black pudding supper. Here wasme looking forward to munching on a nice long thick black one but when I unwrapped I wad sorely disappointed - 3 slices of black pudding like you get in an Asda breakfast pack. WFT!!!
Like I said, day trip to the village of the Damned.

Yes a lot to say about the East Coast andirs sauce rather than vinegar. Don't take salt on anything food doesn't require it.
Stopped eating chippy food years ago my arteries couldn't take it and I hate Irn Bru.
When I was in the Navy convinced a Mess full of English that Bru was an alcoholic drink. Took a dozen bottles back off leave once and had a party
LMFAO was the only sober one there amazing the tricks the mind plays when convinced of something
