Haven’t forgotten HIV/AIDS or any other std/sti, but if you are going to have unprotected sex:
(i) know your sexual health status;
(ii) get your vaccines up to date;
(iii) ask your sexual health advisor about PREP
(iv) take prep (doesn’t always need to be daily if you’re not “that active”.
(v) get tested regularly FOR EVERYTHING

100% Agree. There is an explosion of bareback GB activity now evident on fab and yet I can see comments already sarcastically trivialising it. The guise of someone saying they use Prep is a cunning tactic only fools would trust. Let's not forget the emerging antibiotic resistance STIs out there.
