Ice Skating

I was thinking about taking the kids, 10, 4 and 2 to the ice skating in George Square, Glasgow today and to see the lights etc....Anyone done the Ice Skating there, is it good etc?

its not very big and can get busy ... stay on the outside of the ring there a big puddle in the middle but great atmosphere ...have fun

No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

Done it a few times it most majical at nite whne all the lights r on and the christmas music is playing but can get very busy xxx

west glasgow

great for kids or learners but as said above can get crowded and a bit wet. pity there are so few ice rinks left in scotland

The one in edinburgh is usually good too if it's on this year. Jus the same in that it's quite small an can get very busy but i think the atmosphere was always better there.

Have fun, i'm sure the kids would love it anyway.

"Under 4s are not permitted on the ice rink outwith Parent and Toddler sessions. Parent and Toddler Sessions for 2-4 year olds will run Wednesdays from 12pm -1pm and Sundays 10am - 11am"

thnk its meant to be good, but it dont half get busy. we are big scardycats and always get the slicing fingers vision lol xx
