There are a few brands, the most famous being cialis and Viagra. There’s actually an interesting documentary called the Great Erection Deception about the contents of Viagra and one of the competitors that lied about what’s in it.

I would say be careful online as with all drugs there are many fakes.
Ingredients that are not registered or approved for UK some folk just cashing in on a profitable market
There are many reputable online pharmacies just ensure what you think you are buying is exactly that, as there have been deaths relating to other drugs for other conditions. |

If you have erectile problems then speak to your GP. They will refer you tests. If they find a reason for it you will get Viagra on prescription otherwise you can still get a private prescription from your GP. Its a good deal cheaper than buying it. If you want to buy it online then only use a reputable UK pharmacist like Boots or Lloyds. I find Cialis to be a lot better than viagra. Both work fine but Cialis can last up to 48hrs where viagra will last about 4 to 6. |

But remember that there are other reasons other than just not getting it up. It’s never just that simple.
Friend of mine had really bad problems getting hard enough to have sex for a while and he was really in bits about it. Turned out he had damaged the blood vessels that feed the penis that run along the perineum. This was caused as he was training for some cycling event.
There are also psychological reasons too, nerves etc or you lost the erection once so then panic it will happen and again…boom, limp. Viagra helps get blood to the penis, doesn’t fix the other issues.

I just look up what’s good for heart health and I just make smoothies. They do work, not like any of the pills but if you combine them well let’s just say I don’t get any complaints. |
