As has been mentioned already - values.
Some folk are happy to get a leg over with anyone who more or less still has a pulse. Others want shared interests and the ability to enjoy a conversation beyond "lights on or off?". For yet others, it's not getting their end away with anyone they feel holds toxic or damaging personal views (political, social or otherwise).
Preferences are preferences, woke or not - seems a bit odd to be calling people out on who they will or won't shag regardless of their reason. If you don't like it, just move along. |

Agree fully! I mention both 'no Tories' and 'being woke' on my profile, because politics and personal views matter to me. I don't want to give my time and attention to someone who has no sense of common decency, or who votes for people who argue against my right to exist.

I probably wouldn’t want to meet someone if they wanted to talk about religion or politics. If that’s the level of their conversation on a fab meet then it’s not what I would be looking for as fun lol
I work in probably around 50 different households per week, from the poorest people to some of the wealthiest. You learn to treat people as you find them and try and look for common interests rather than things that will divide you if you are speaking with them.
So anyway I would meet anyone as long as there was an attraction, they were sound and we had other things in common

I once went back to a womans house with her after a date. The date had gone pretty well and she was pretty damn hot so all good.
When we got back to hers though the first thing she did was put the tv on. It was on GB News and she just left it on with the sound on. Was obviously just what she did when walking into her house.
Anyway....despite things progressing whilst in the lounge I eventually had to move things through to the bedroom because I couldnt deal with the bull coming out the tv.

I think “woke” has very negative connotations now and is associated with virtue signalling and putting others down for their views (some of which are reasonable views to hold, some aren’t)
I also think that people who are labelled “woke” are often labelled by people who hold fairly racist and bigoted views. And that the work “woke” is used to denounce views that are just about treating people fairly and reasonably.
I’m glad it’s calming down in the last few years as the rest of us look at both sides and realise they’re both narrow-minded fuckwits. |

I think “woke” has very negative connotations now and is associated with virtue signalling and putting others down for their views (some of which are reasonable views to hold, some aren’t)
I also think that people who are labelled “woke” are often labelled by people who hold fairly racist and bigoted views. And that the work “woke” is used to denounce views that are just about treating people fairly and reasonably.
I’m glad it’s calming down in the last few years as the rest of us look at both sides and realise they’re both narrow-minded fuckwits."

On top of all the values chat it's simple...why would you want to shag someone who openly doesn't give a fuck about anyone but themselves? Cos if you agree with the Tories then...
Plus there's the argument that if no one will breed with them the fuckers will die out. Though you only have to look at half of the party to get that inbreeding isn't an issue!
