Anyone else staying off the booze for January? Easier said than done but I did it last year and felt I slept a whole lot better because of it. Also managed to shift a few pounds which was an added bonus

I don’t drink much at all these days so a dry January will probably be on the cards

I hardly drink so most months are dry for me anyway.
