Honestly? Mine is to stop going to bed with people barely half my age.
I was already generally setting a limit of 27+ unless I felt confident that the person in question really knew what they wanted, but a partner pointed out recently that many folks that age only seem like they have their shit together because they've not yet had to navigate any life-altering experiences. Long story short, good sex at my age is about good communication and good communication requires self-knowledge. And your average 23- year old is still figuring out who that is. |

"To order every cocktail of Draffens menu!
You could make this a fab social event. I know some ladies who would attend "
I suppose we should alert the local emergency services, if it happens!! |

I'd need a lotto win to drink the whole cocktail menu and a new liver. (I meant over the year not the one night). There the booziest and best cocktails in town.
Wee social sounds good though. |

I’m wanting to volunteer more of my free time this year as with moving location and work getting in the way I didn’t nearly do as much across 2023.
Read more and get out walking a bit more too |

To keep improving myself and learn to love myself to be the best version of myself I can be mentally and physically I'm doing therapy and going to be hitting gym more
I had stuff that I blamed and carried guilt for when it wasn't my fault it then caused me to change to someone I'm not. |

I like this reply and didn’t want it to go without being noticed.
The key thing to take from the therapy is to know the difference from being responsible for your own behaviours and not being responsible for the behaviours of others. I hope you manage to get where you’re aiming for buddy. |

Thanks buddy appreciated yeah I'm quite enjoying the self development side and I think its best to try and look at things from different angles and as you say know the difference between own behaviours and others behaviours as tunnel vision does not help. |

I've had a few health related issues this year too. Just started on HRT and hoping it's the magic bullet.
Happy & Healthy New Year to everyone when it comes.
Even the diddies.

X" I was on HRT for 12 years until my gp took me off it due to my health scare a couple of months ago and I’ve been suffering ever since I stopped taking it with night sweats & flushing .
My cardiologist last week told me there is no reason for my gp to have stopped it so he was writing to her to have it added back on to my repeat prescription .
However I had some left over so started them straight away and thought I’d be a few weeks before I noticed a difference but since restarting them the flushes & night sweats have almost stopped thank god .
Hope they help you too . |

Felt a difference within about 10 days but still bleeding very heavily unfortunately. Giving it 3 months to see how it goes. All the best |
