You are single in a nice double or king size bed. How do you sleep. Left side. Right side. In the middle. Diagonal. Or something else.

I'm currently diagonal left to right not quite starfishing.

King size bed. I'm a very restless insomniac, typically I'm all over the bed, but start on the left. I also have some plushies, they mostly end up on the floor from my tossing and turning, and yes I feel a little guilty.

I’m on the left too. Put the Leccy blanket on upside down though so it’s the right side that gets switched on

I usually sleep on the left too. Felt weird being diagonal.

So what position do you sleep in. I'm on my right side

Still sleep on "my" side of the bed (the left) despite having it to myself most of the time for years

I’m the opposite. Sleep on my left side. Thinking about it I always sleep on the side nearest the door. I don’t know what to read into that ?

At home I’m on the left as it’s nearest the door. If I’m in a hotel I sleep nearest the bathroom.

I do like to starfish in a hotel bed to myself.

Kingsize for me, and my late girlfriend conditioned me to stick to my side. I'm the same when sleeping in hotel beds.

Not sure how folk are defining left and right sides, but in my class, if you stand at the foot of the bed and look at the headboard, I sleep on the right.

Apparently sleeping on your stomach can lead to more nightmares.

I always start of at the right nearest the door then end up diagonal or starfishing, I clearly move around alot, probs why I fell out a single bed over the weekend about 10 times!

It took me some time to be able to sleep on my own after the breakup if I’m honest. The first few nights were fine but I’d say after a week, plus the knowing it was permanent, it got a bit difficult.

I’ve found I’m just off the middle to the right side, two pillows and I don’t really move much.

Anyone got a violin to play over this reply..?

I’m sleep on the right hand side as I lie on it in a king size bed and I feel all out of place if I ever go on the left.

Basically I need to find someone who likes the left side of the bed, but it’s a long time since anyone else has been in my bed long enough to actually sleep in it

I sleep on either side though my lamp is at the left hand side

In summer I read lying on the left side then move to the right (the cool side) to sleep.

In winter I stay at the one side where it’s warm.

I mostly don’t move much when sleeping, I can even leave something on my bed while I sleep and it’s still there in the morning

Mainly under the bed...

I like to think outside of the box.

I sleep on a double bed, but with my feet up near the headboard, and I swap sides of the bed each night. Also, use a single quilt, just to mix it all up and keep the bed guessing.

But I don't sleep with socks on. Nor clothes. Always like to be ready for action should someone foolishly break in at night...

Just forewarning you if Sassy ever breaks in during the night you best have your socks handy as she hates feet

I sleep in a double, on left side. I'm prone to have restless leg syndrome so if that sets in, I'm all over the bed lols. Naybe it's just as well I don't share my bed!
