We are inviting everyone along to our Xmas party at dundee club.8pm-late.THIS MUST BE BOOKED TO ATTEND. With a small non refundable deposit bookings can be taken now at the club in person and a ticket system will be available in the near future before the event.all bookings must be paid by 18th.this is going to be a very busy night as we are collaborating with dundee socials on the night.some buffet food will be provided music and lots of fun and since its Xmas I will give everyone a free drink on entry this is a party you don't want to miss get booked in early to avoid disappointment either directly with the club or myself or if you wish to attend the social before hand contact dundee socials sence and we will get you sorted out xx |

Hi all, we had a meeting with Bacchus yesterday. The discussion was whether to hold our event at Bacchus in its entirety or to remain where we have booked already.
If held it at Bacchus, The ticket price would remain the same.
However, if we keep to our secret location. The club have said last entries to bacchus will be at 10.30pm, so you will have to leave our party early.
Bacchus will be taking a deposit and charging for entry as it would then be a separate event
Either option was completely fine with us. It's a function suite or Bacchus?
We said we would put it to our members and let the Bacchus know the decision.
We said we would do this on the 1st as the chat rooms have been a bit hectic.
With this post emerging before the final decision being agreed, we have decided to hold our event at the secret location event to save any further confusion. |

Thank you for clarifying D&G as I for one was a bit confused by this post given the info you had already shared about the social. It's a shame that they have jumped the gun and posted when a final decision appears not to have been taken.

Oh no have I miss understood yesterday?? there is only limited spaces thags why there is a booking system as u and ur social group may attend the club after ur socials I was trying to make everyone aware that we are having the Xmas party but also u guys are holding the social else where as we said yesterday no one wants to step on anyone's toes hear and want to have a great relationship with you guys as its a great way for people to meet with no pressure of the club but after the social side to it is done if some people fancied attending the club then excellent I'm sorry for any confusion or crossed wires everyone |
