A friend of mine went to a puregym once. Apparently there wasn't a single lifting platform in the place, every wall was a mirror, there were about fifty benches for every cage or squat rack. As for the clientele, you can probably guess... |

started back to the gym last week , gone swimming too and now away oot on my mountain bike since the weather is great , going to zumba tonight also for a laugh and a swatch at some of the very fit ladies lol |

Haha, you're absolutely right. Abundance of mirrors and free weights but I'm there to work, let the posers have their fun.  |
