Loving this just now… and it’s quick and easy
Roasted Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F (200°C fan).
Toss cauliflower in a large bowl with oil, salt, pepper and garlic if using. (You can do this on the tray, but you’ll need more oil). Add parmesan and Panko breadcrumbs at this point, if using.
Spread on tray. Roast 20 minutes. Flip cauliflower, roast a further 5 minutes until you have golden edges and it’s soft all the way through.
A cheese sauce if you feel the need!!!
What’s your quick and easy tasty food |

In the west. |
Noodles is my quick and easy food.
Mix up a sauce with soy sauce, white wine vinegar, oyster sauce, brown sugar and some cornflour.
Chop or slice some vegetables, Pak Choi and out it all in a bowl then squeeze in some chilli, garlic and ginger.
Flash fry them in a wok then add some of the sauce, then a packet of egg noodles and the rest of the sauce for 3-4 minutes.
Add some spring onions just before eating.
It takes about 20 minutes. |

"A well fired crispy buttered roll and black unsugared tea, is my daily morning go to.
It’s not exactly rocket science but enjoyable and quick n easy.

This actually makes a good base for an amazing soup, without the panko! |

Fresh monkfish & lemon goujons done in panko. Cut a monkfish tail into bite sized bits then grate lemon zest into the panko with a little salt & pepper. dip the fish in egg then panko & repete then gently fry in olive oil till golden on each side! Any white fish can be used. Haddock or monkfish is the best. Also try replacing the lemon with salt and chilli seasoning from homebargins. Game changer! |

You're welcome. Anything you can imagine that is dry can be mixed with the panko, but always double dip for a better coating.
Monkfish is pretty expensive these days, but being a commercial fisherman has its perks |

It's becoming a joke, prices of everything yet wages are still the same. Fish especially but yet the people who catch it are at the bottom of the ladder same as farmers ect. It's the supermarkets ect that are making the money! Luckily I'm quite a good cook so can make something amazing from something pretty cheap. You sound like that kinda person too x |

I’ll pay for quality but hate being ripped off (there’s your government ruining fishing amongst many other things) I also hate waste so love finding ways to use things like the cauliflower leaves. Love upcycling too, thanks x |
