Good old manners and courtesy work well if your sincere, Take her coat, pull her chair out for her, open doors etc.
Basic gentlemanly behaviour works well.
It's surprising how many guys lack these basic skills |

Take her a little gift, doesn't have to be anything big.
Best date i had was with a guy that was really unsure of what to do so he bought me a yellow rose, and gave it to me at the start of the date.
I had a momento of the night and i was really impressed that he had gone to the effort. It was a good conversation starter.
