Get up and do a small workout with weighs(dumbell/barbell) then some exercises like sit ups, press ups etc.
Gives you good buzz

A great way to wake yourself up is jump in a roasting shower wash then before you come out turn temp down slightly so water gets colder but not too cold repeat doing it until water is freezing. I prefer this as the gradual reduction of temp allows bodu to adjust. |
