Step away from the keyboard would be a good start.

Sleep disruption, insomnia, sleep deprivation.

How many of you truly only have problems with the first?

How many of you have been helped by herbal/relaxtion methods?

How many have seen their doctor?

How many have been referred to hospital/sleep clinic?

How many can say they have not slept for over 100 hours?

Insomnia is a word that is used too loosely these days. It IS a serious medical condition that can affect your life in so many ways, not just waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to doze off again.

Sorry for the rant but this is something that I have extremely suffered from for over 20 years. Saying you have insomnia when you wake up after a few hours sleep and can't get back over is akin to sneezing and saying you have pnuemonia!!!

Sorry again..... Just getting my Thursday rant in early.

If you are having trouble sleeping go to you doctor and ask about quetiapine. It's a prescription for bi-polar. But it's an amazing off script drug to help sleep. Believe me. I've suffered from insomnia for years but this tab give me a full 9 hours sleep a night. It's works so much better than sleeping pills because it keeps you asleep. Sleeping pills only help you get to sleep. They do not help if you wake two hours later.

Quietapaline keeps you asleep for hours....

Insomnia is the most horrible thing ever....I know what you are suffering....
