Isn't it about time there was a cull of members who have been on for a long time (say a year or more) to be removed from the site. Would possibly out timewasters |

They aint doing anyone any harm but i know at least one profile claiming to be a party organiser with not a single friend or verification on their profile so does make u wonder at times.

This site is rapidly becoming a cam site and not a swinging site. Too many ladies who like to sit and get told how beautiful they are and too many men on for a quick wank. And it will get worse as the Americans are now arriving in the directing rooms |

Seems that loads of people (men usually) in the Inverness area have a moan about timewasters, usually on status though, and usually on a Sunday night after a weekends heavy wanking.

Always thought this was about like minded people getting together and if the mood was right having some fun not arranging to meet after many messages for one party not to show and then when politely ask for a reason ( as sometimes there are genuine circumstances) to be told to f#%* off and stop messaging them |

There are a lot of time wasters on her. Most people have had people pull out or just not turn up and abuse of some sort. You just need to ignore it and carry on.

So was it just text messages or did you talk on the phone? Assume they had no veris or you wouldn't have posted about it? Big warning sign after a year as you say. Lesson learned, be more selective. Report them for the abuse and hit the block button. Moaning about it on status updates just isn't attractive, makes you seem vindictive. |

A veri don't mean shit and usually can't be trusted or out of date. I can't be arsed meeting very often now but have been on off fab since its inception. I still spend more time on fab than so called genuine people in forums chat and general perving. Even when I do meet I rarely leave or ask for veris. If want a cull just make it a pay site and see all the time wasters leave |

Why do so many rely on verifications? Why not try using your own gut instinct. Not a fool proof method but are any?
I met a guy last week who has been a member for well over a year and with no verifications, he had his reasons, he was 100% genuine oh and very gorgeous, next meet arranged so glad I use my own judgement |

We have been verified by the Admin with our member picture
TWICE We arranged on to meet "Verified" members - Two No Shows
Our spare time is VERY LIMITED due to lack off childcare so we are lucky to get a night our every couple of months - then "Verified" members let you down
We are looking forward to our 1st meet - DESPITE timewasting "Trusted" members
VERIFIED doesnt mean you will show
Unverified doesnt mean we are time wasters

Would be a bit confusing if verified never existed though, you could be telling somneone,,,nope never had a meet yet,, and another, ohh we swing often, just choose not to look like we do.
But generally,,its a bloke claiming to be a couple, thats common knowledge.

I am an active user but don't have any verifications. This is mainly because I don't actively seek meets. I occasionally see if anyone is up for one.
Doesn't mean I am not genuine though! |

I find it very hard to believe that a single guy whos been on here for over a year has no verifications on their profile yet claims to have had meets because most guys on here are so desperate for that first verification on their profiles to prove they are genuine because they are never take seriously with out it . |

Exactly my point really, verified tag is a facility on site designed to help in the search for a,,,real meet, ok some opt to be ultra discrete, but majority have nowt because they do nowt. |

This is the problem with on here, us guys get stereotyped too easily. Fair enough most guys fall into that stereotype but there are quite a few that are most likely genuine and not crying about not being able to meet.
A meet is a meet at the end of the day. If someone gets one then great but if they don't then meh, it isn't the end of the world! |

Part of the craft/skill of a long term fake/timewaster is talking a great meet,if you couple that up with un verified on their profile, sorry but you could be the hottest couple/woman on here by what you say in a message,if no tick is accompanying it,i will probably avoid.
Yes i know some crafty fakers manage to gain the tick too, but as said, it kind of helps in the selection process. |

Well i guess for a lot of people myself included i like to know im meeting some genuine than someone with no friends or verivications on their profile or even phots to say who they are either male or female |

I can entirely understand why you would but is a verification the kind of proof you'd put absolute faith in?
No having friends or verifications on a profile isn't the same as not having friends or verifications - it's just that a member has chosen not to share them.
Might that make getting meets more difficult? Possibly.

I joined ages ago, not had a meet yet.
Let me explain.
I joined, then not long after joining I met someone. I had a life with them and this was not her thing.
We had a kid and there were problems.
So as a single father, bringing up a kid and working nightshift. It kinda does not leave time too meet.
Now my kid is of age where I can start spending time on myself.
I have just popped back in for a look.
With a possibility of meeting new people
So should I be banished for putting my life/kid first?

I am ask for preference.
However, there seems too be a stigma about about it.
Yes there are allot if people that adder time waisting, hell I had one last week. Went silent on the day the meet wad planned for.
Today someone blocked me, after I telling me they were interested. All I said was if you are interested in a meet just give me a shout (they said they were) 2 days later blocked.
Thats fine, life goes on, not going too lose sleep over it. |

Anyway as you were,
Was not trying too make a sob story or anything.
Just trying too point out that there could be a validated reason for not having a veri.
Having one might be nice, but I would also not want a list of who I have spent time with online. That for me and the party's involved (private) |

I had been on the site for over a year or more without any verifications then left then rejoined,during my first time on the site i built up friends and was in the chat room a lot so people got to know me.
Anyone who thinks fab is an all singing all dancing shagathon for single guys maybe needs to wake up lol,after sending out lots of polite mails to couples/singles who were looking to meet it simply did not happen for me so i just logged on and started to check out other parts of the site.
I have one verification now though so hope that saves me from the cull
