Might be easier to post updates about the event via that profile, would allow folk to find the profile easier. A new thread with the date and summarised details would probably help too.
Given the details you've given, do people check in with you, or via the normal CJ's process?
I'd love to get along to a night like this, as heard great things about the prior ones held at CJ's, but I can't really justify a hotel and it's too far to get there and back, as a non-driver.
