how big is too big?

been reading various profiles and have came across a few that have stated they won't meet with the larger lady or man (by large i take it as weight is being the issue). wat is classed as too large these days? anyone over a size 10, 12, 14??? everyones personal idea of body image is so different kinda puts u off sending a msg... |

I had one of these messages last week.
At first I was a little hurt, but then I realised that it's their loss, as for all they know we could have got on really well.
On the other side of the coin, we had fun at the weekend with a fantastic couple who had no issue with my weight whatsoever  |

yeah it most definately is personal taste and their loss but if they not size specific then it not nice to msg to b told u too big if u know where i'm coming from. just wondered wat the general opinion on size would b xx  |

Ive stated in my profile that I dont care about weight, race ect. but some peeps really dnt care wht u say and just msg u anyway, its a bit of a letdown when u get a msg from some old guy instead of a sexy woman  |

I keep reminding myself that while I'm still what I think of as large (size 18/20), I have lost over 4 stone in the past 10 months and I feel a lot more confident than before. I have Mr X to thank for that! |

Small/large its all in the eye of the beholder.
I have met some larger girls that are amazing, great humor and can a great laugh with.
Met some smaller girls that are so self absorbed and shallow.
It all come down too the actual person, and wither you click our not. Size is nothing over personality. |

We got a message once from a young guy and then I messaged back and promptly got back 'sorry I don't shag fat birds' 
Luckily enough it wasn't at the start of our fab journey or I'd have fled for the hills! Still rankled a bit tho as he had messaged us first  |

I'm definitely not a larger guy but I'm not ripped & toned either. Pretty average I'd say. But ripped & toned is often the order of the day.

If I'm reading a profile and it says how they're gym bunnies and like others to 'take care of themselves' I stop reading.
Just because I don't go to the gym and am bigger than other women doesn't mean I don't look after myself.
I always read that to mean they want someone similar to themselves, which I clearly am not.
I would never message someone commenting on their looks. If someone messaged me and I wasn't interested, I'd just say they're not my type. I'd never say "no, you're too fat/ugly for me" |

there is no size limit as far as im concerned, if i get on with a fem or cpl just by messages that makes my mind up what i would like to happen, rather have larger lady who is open minded,good in bed and not shy to a thin fem who is shy and only likes missionary position with lights out lol |

We winked a couple from Glasgow the other night (from my partner's profile) "a friendly couple" looking for a meet & got a reply along the lines of
"Haha no chance, if you wanted a laugh hen you should have just looked in the mirror IMFA"
It's really upset me & knocked my confidence as I feel that I'm holding my partner back from having more fun.
