Wouldn't go out of Edinburgh for a meet too feared of being sent to some dodgy area by some time-wasting a hole

Tend to stick to my own area, but if I'm travelling somewhere anyways, I'll go further but not just for a meet alone.

Travelled from north lanarkshire to ayr by train for a "quick" meet, turns out the guy was on a break from work and didnt have a lot of time was literally back on the next train out of ayr.. wont do that again

Out on the West coast I do 60 miles each way just for shopping.

So for a meet I'd make it a day out on the bike.

"What sort of distances would you travel for a meet "

Where we are, meets generally require a bit of travel. Sometimes an overnight stay as well. Its not easy being stingers in a rural part of the world lol

Over the years I've travelled up and down the country for exceptional people. These days travel is much more difficult for me so I almost exclusively host or meet at clubs. Ultimately it comes down to the person - either they're worth the time and money or they're not.

We’re in Glasgow and would easily travel to Edinburgh for a meet. Have also travelled as far as Aberdeen, Inverness and Carlisle. Have also met people halfway.

Sometimes for the right people it’s worth the effort.
