You know the one, your doorbell goes , you go to the door, probably quicker than Usain bolt ,and there's you're package, with no one to be seen .I mean how quick are these drivers, how Are seriously supposed to get to the door any quicker.I stood on a bit of Lego the other day , racing to answer the door, raging!!! |

Not this, however literally a few minutes ago we had a message from someone on here asking if I was expecting a parcel today as he is a delivery driver and we were showing as in the area he was delivering in. It tickled me, anyway.

The Amazon and DPD guys have so many small items they park the van then drop them round a few neighbours then are gone again . ( they block my drive for 60 seconds then disappear . ( insert ghost emoji ) |

Sadly there is drivers out there who do t care they do just knock drop and are off quick as fuck i know i am not 1 of them. The best part of this job is talking to ur customers and helping putting the heavier things where they would like them and not just left. Some are older people and u fould b the only person they will have a chat that day with |

Since COVID, this seems to be the norm. I have never missed a parcel since the "drop and go" ethos started
Though i do find it awkward when they want to take a pic of me holding my parcel while I'm in my jammies as "proof of delivery" |

Over worked and underpaid like most these days. I'm sure they'd love to take their time and have a chat but I'm guessing it's a numbers game, and being as quick as Usain Bolt is sadly the only way to do it |
