Periods ... and everything that goes with it .. the bloating , the spots , the cramps , the trickle (or floods ) the having to plan your outfits round about it , the back pain , the mood swings, the sheer terror getting caught unawares while out !! |

I'm perplexed as yo why every suggestion is for us lot to experience the negative aspects of womanhood.
Where's the "Multiple orgasms!", "A shitload of Fab messages from folk that want to ride you!", "Multitasking." Or "Public toilets with no piss on the seat" suggestions?
Utter malevolence!! |

Bet you've never chapped your labia in your zip, though!
On the day I'm female, I look forward to being strong as fuck (but a wee bit moany and mooncup half empty) ![](/icons/s/razz.gif) |

I absolutely have, I have lingerie that zips from front to back at the crotch and I once put it on in a hurry
Mooncups are the best ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

Boob pain. The fear of "am I dying" at random intervals throughout your life, just to add another fucked up thing we need to deal with. Like all day sickness, child birth, periods, shaving, cramps and so much more.
Oh and discharge. The "did I piss myself" or "did I start my period" question plagues you until you get to a bathroom.
Then there's the late period fear. Which is probably the worst unless you're actually trying |

I came here to read all the benefits of being a woman and the pleasures men are missing out on. It sounds like being a woman is nothing but trauma. No wonder you are always complaining about everything ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

A positive one then.
When the make up, outfit and confidence all align on a night out and you walk into a bar and turn heads. Total buzz. |

Serious question, is the make up a big part of the confidence? As someone who doesn't finds a natural face far more attractive than a face with make up, I always assumed that the make up was bot for the people looking at you but for you to feel more confident. The make up thing is something that has never made any sense to me. |

I think it's part of the whole ritual of going out. I like how I can change it to go with a particular outfit, change a whole look. I'm also pretty busy day to day with work and family stuff, so spending time doing my face or even nails feels sort of therapeutic and a wee bit of "me time". My hair style rarely changes (it's very short) so make up also allows me to look and feel a wee bit different.
And I'm ugly as fuck without it. ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |
