So basically
South Koreans traditionally use the “Korean age system”, where the newborn is considered one year old at the time of the birth and then gains a year on the first day of each new year.So technically if you were born on the 31st dec , next day you would be 2 year's old .As of today they are changing,in line with the rest of the world  |
