Looking for hotel recommendations close by to After Dark, ideally with parking.

Edinburgh

There is a travelodge and premier inn at Edinburgh park, they might be closest. The dreghorn travelodge is also close if you have a car.

Novotel, Edinburgh Park is probably the closest. It's just a 10 minute walk away from the club
