Daytimes can be best for shift workers, folk who have kids in school and many different reasons.

I like day or evening meets

I love daytimes best. (a) because the morning horn is so strong and (b) it feels extra naughty heading to a meet or leaving a meet and seeing everyone going about their normal business.

Having said that any time of the day or night is good
