In the west.

I tend to use 50 all the time. I only use 30 when that's all that is available.

I love the sun, out getting the rays in the skin, it’s funny, as a teenager and into my 20s I’d go like a lobster, burn peel and back to pale. Now I take a tan brilliantly. Strange

Apparently 50 is shit, you're better sticking to 30. Lots of dermatology papers on it if you're interested x

Really? I think I remember reading that it only gives slightly more protection than 30 but that was all.

No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I have a tan most of the year as I’m away quite often on holiday .

I always start off on a factor 30 then work my way down to a 10 .

Factor 30 always on my face nothing lower .

At the moment I’ve been away two foreign holidays since April so got colour so only using a factor ten at home .

If it gets too hot I just sit in the shade

I've got a massive hat that I wear instead of an umbrella.

Always feel a bit daft though and think that my nut looks like a flying saucer.

You not worried about getting all wrinkly? You'll have a coupon like a Shar Pei with only factor 15 on.

Always wear 50 since burning back in 1970's on airbed in outdoor pool. Used to tan before that now go bright red then white a fee days later. Have suffered both heat and sunstroke sitting under a tree out of direct sun too.
