Hope it's neither of the things I've recently dealt with in my life - Passing of a long term partner or the Big-C.
If it is either of those, just take full advantage of the support availiable to you.
That goes for general advice too. Although personal experiences in things are great, make sure you take any support offered and even take some time to look for professional or charity options for help, advice and support.
