yeah i do mean doormen and no i wont b publicly announcing where/when&which hotel i shall b booking. just looking for advice or suggestions of hotels x |

I stayed in the city suites in Sauchiehall street on boxing day ..check in is a few blocks down the street so no hassle what so ever with having guests only thing it the appartments are controled entrance so you would need to go down and let your guests in but lovely appartments and quite reasonably priced too xxx  |

I've used these ones too but we had a buzzer to let folks in :D they are also called the b suites xx |

i think i read bad re_iews about b suites, to the ppl that have stayed in them are they as nice and clean as they are advertised?

B suites were very clean and nice inside - the _iew from the apartments at the back isn't great - a car park etc but i wasn't spending much time looking out the window hahaha xxx |

By mentioning a location, albeit in general terms/ no dates, we're giving ammunition to those in the media who feed on such stuff and it isn't beyond them to send a photographer to sit outside for hours to snap (what might very well be) innocent users of the Suites, possibly causing diistress or worse. |

Really? You think a newspaper would set up a sting outside a hotel in the hope that one day a suspicious looking couple might walk in? Hardly going to bag them headline of the year!!

yep I can see scores of reporters now sitting outside every hotel that gets mentioned on here..... For goodness sake get real! As was said before its not difficult for them to know where the clubs are if they are that desperate |

If you are that paranoid that you think reporters will sit for weeks outside a hotel hoping they can spot a swinging couple I think you should give up swinging lol.When we are in Edinburgh we usually visit Ann Summers. Suppose that means we will be getting watched now too |

I'm not neccessarily suggesting they'll do it for weeks but factor in the openly published dates, if not locations, of Glasgow socials - and they might just try their luck. |

Thats if he is swinging hmmmm ....so let me get this right there is a reporter sitting outside every hotel room or appartment just waiting to catch a swinger ...so how do they idenfify them as swingers hmmmm what do swingers actually look like ?...ohhhh no wait they are going to sit in wait outside the hotel room door and once they think shagging has begun they burst in and start taking evidance get real for goddness sake.

after the Edinburgh outing, people ran for the hills, deleted pics, hid profiles galore, and actually shut up for a while blabbing in the forums... so many threads asking for new dogging locations to be pm'd to profiles that suddenly disappear.

in all reality, no one on here actually knows the lives of the people u may meet with! any of us could b reporters( we r not) but lets get serious who is interested in readin abt joe bloggs (my REAL name by the way)havin a nite out n takin more than the other half bak esp if said reporter enjoyin these activities! we aint celebrities!! if swinging antics got out and broke up a marriage, shd have probably not messed abt without the spouse knowing!!!
we dont wear special badges sayin "swingers" so wat would a typical swinger look like that it would b obvious?

Stupidly asked a legit question and lesson now learned, if we dnt no, dnt feckin ask! At no point have i advertised our name, exact time intend on booking anywhere, when arriving at hotel, room number, face pics or method of travel. Safety & discretion is a must for us, do not discuss this part of life with folks we know so again stupidly thot "ask the folks that do".
For the folks that have seen this post and not used it as an opportunity to belittle and bitch and just gave genuine thoughts on actual question thanks! |
