Should fab have something on it like you can report time wasters that can have 3 strikes then they are out? We know things come up but if it happens to 3 separate profiles surely something should be done? |

Too easy to abuse. Example. You piss me off for some reason and I report you as a timewaster. My social circle do the same. There's your 3 strikes and you're gone.
I go with the mantra that nothing on here is real until I've sat down face to face with someone. Ergo I don't invest too much time on chat before arranging a quick social.
Out of interest what do you class as a timewaster.

The site does have a report function and one of the options is to report they arranged a meet and did not turn up. |

We won’t meet or spend much time on someone who’s dose not have a couple of recent verifications and a decent profile.. past learnings  x if a guy or couple wants the prove he’s or they are real then send us a phone number and come meet us for a coffee. |

I've been caught out a few times over the years, and the profiles just disappear.
Nowadays I only meet new folk at CJs and as a wiser tgirl on here said, it sorts out the serious from the delirious.

They are a bit of a nightmare but ive found the best policy is a bit of a chat then try and arrange a quick social. The genuine people will be up for that and the timewasters you never see again or just keep chatting and putting it off. If someone genuinely wants to meet you know within a few messages then its all about a quick social and happy days  |

Embrace the time wasters for what they are, fantasist who are lying to themselves.
Move on don't worry about it, for everytime waster there is a genuine lovely person out there looking for a new friend. |

There will always be time wasters, it’s a downside to the site, but as sassy says, could be abused (not that anyone would ever be do such a thing), I just accept that it happens, say fuck it (or not I guess) but there are enough genuine fabbers to make it worth while  |
