"I did something similar before LD when I travelled along the Med. But the craziest thing I thing I have even done was giving up work to become a student when I was nearly 40. "
That's pretty awesome, and brave. Did it pay off |

Yes it has. Hopefully I will retire in the next couple of years. If I was still doing my old job I would have had to work for ever. |

"I once made super noodles with 250ml of water instead of 300ml and I've never looked back."
I watched my lazy teenager microwave super noodles in a measuring jug, then eat them from the jug to save washing a bowl. Dunno if I'm impressed or embarrassed

Impulsively jumped from the highest diving board in the Commonwealth pool in Edinburgh.
Felt like it took forever to hit the water and then I got a row off the pool attendant for being a muppet.

Jumped on a train to the Swiss/French Alps, literally a last minute decision, woke up one morning and just decided to go to the train station and see where I ended up |

Met a guy for lunch in a hotel that was a bit of a drive for both of us. By the end of lunch we’d agreed to stay the night, booked in and ordered cocktails. Went for breakfast wearing the same clothes as the day before and was served by the same waitress.

Start of covid, manager said times are tough, we might need to lay folk off. I put my hand up , said "I'll go!"
He thought I was joking, I wasn't. Never looked back and had worked there for over 30 years. |

Was driving along some country road, accross a small bridge that overlooked the busy A1 road towards Troon way. Stopped the car as needed a pee. Then next thing I know, me and my female friend was driving with, she was bent over the bridge, overlooking the main road and was being fucked while bent over, knowing all the cars driving beneath |
