Hey, so, my 3rd post about our event got deleted too

Can anyone, particularly other organisers, give me some tips on creating a successful post? I've read the rules but can't see where I'm going wrong.

I did, I sent them a wee message last night but haven't heard back yet. Although I know the don't always reply directly.

Without seeing what you wrote I don't think anyone could help except for the moderators or admins.
