I am in serious need of a regular massage, my legs and back are tight and sore for most of the week after my weekly Sunday night football. I wondered if there are any masseuses out there who take appointments in the evening? Not looking for a meet, I am looking for a decent massage. Also if anyone can recommend somewhere then that would be great  |

A few of my boys used to come get massage off me before they all go gf cause I wasn't scared to hurt them lol but now they're not allowed to be friends with a girl !!!!  nae more boys nights out |

"warm muscles up properly before hand and use pr spray when finished before soaking in hot water on return home massages are great but not really neccesary for playing football one night a week "
Great advice cheers, the massage is to help dodgy legs and also for stress relief too. Swimming is helping too. |

Im very lucky to have The best (IMO)massuse and im able to see her weekly. Otherwise im in agony.
