I wonder if anyone on here saw the former “Best in the Galaxy” in their other occupation. That probably involved wrestling too.

Love it although I feel like ICW has lost its way in the last few years.

My own little world

Used to be big on it in my childhood now not so much though i do make a point of watching the royal rumble and wrestlemania more for nostalgia

"Is ICW the one that ravie Davie is in ? "

It is yes. Think he was one of the first ICW trainees.

I'm glad people like what they like but always found it hilarious how "straight" the fans persona is when it's the most homoerotic thing on earth. Oiled up shirtless ripped men in tight lyrca rolling around with each other through choreographed touching. It's beautiful how out there it is with the man on man action.

Bit of an out of touch response I'd say. There are fans of it from all walks of life and lots of different characters across many companies all over the world.

To do what they do is not easy on the body at all and you probably have more risks stepping into a wrestling ring than you do a boxing ring or a MMA cage.

It is an underappreciated form of entertainment and is constantly ridiculed because it is scripted (not always choreographed) but just like most Hollywood movies or long running television series, it is all made up characters and made up stories but still impressive and entertaining.

It’s weird when peoples names are mentioned on here that you know really well.

When my kids were younger I took them to the wrestling shows because we knew one of the wrestlers mentioned in a previous post. They actually really enjoyed it but grew out of it as they got older.

If you haven’t been and have primary school age kids I would suggest taking them along to see it.
