So sorry if it looks like am cutting anyone off today. But the virgin internet service is a bit hit and miss today. Due to technical difficulties they say. Wonder if I could say payment is late due to financial difficulties. Bet they would not even blink  |

It was nothin to do with there systems in the offices.. There was outtages up and down the country in the exchange boxes. People rely on broadband can't just say shit happens  businesses who have virgin broadband would have been effected. Companies turning into a joke |

Sorry if this has been said already.
But you can phone virgin and complain about the service. They will give you credit back related to the loss of service.
I once didn’t have solid, steady internet for 3 days while they did maintenance. I was credited the equivalent of 3 days.
Also. When you negotiate your contract, always request the cancellation department. They are the only ones who can actually give you a discount.
I’m on virgins fastest internet and in paying £25/month.
Always threaten to leave and provide a similar package advertised at a lower price and they will always beat it |

Like a said being a karen or ken in ur case and being not very pleasant to someone dealing with calls is a bit shit they never made the faults and they cant help not being able to deal with all the idiots phoning to complain about somthing outwith their control |

Just to clear up I didn't get through to them and I wouldn't speak down to or abuse them so ur just assuming if I did get through to them I would be un pleasant. My business relies on broadband we lose out on money so I'm entitled to ask when the fault will be fixed or at least be able to get through to them bein a business costumer |
