Yes, and this is the right attitude to have.
We should all be conscenting adults here, and sensible too, so discretion is a must.
Loathe it when I get a message off someone and they say they know me, "Whoop" but when they then start asking about family knowing (Yes they do) they're pushing the boundaries a bit, and are the risky type, so best to just block and forget about.

Yeah definitely best to just block if I recognise someone ngl more likely ain't even going to interact with them on here, I tend to find it's ones I don't know that are creepy and stalker like, had a lass tell me what a last posted public on fb etc like yeah that's the sort of creepyness that's not weird at all block  |

This.. had a friend message me on fb asking if the name hidden gem meant anything to me, what ever happened to discretion.. not knowing his profile but he can see me is creepy |

I was out with some mates a few weeks ago, a few of them were talking about Fab. They were discussing a profile that has a regular update about a pub they go to.
I didn't let on I was on here and to be fair they didn't mention their user names. |

I got sent a message by a couple and we chatted away for a few messages, then they just sent a face pic and it was a girl I work near and her husband. They asked what I thought and I just said “oh lovely couple” and ignored everything else when they asked if I would like to meet them. No, nope and not ever! Hot couple but could never look at her again lol. |

Got approached in my local by this woman I've never seen before asked me if I was on fabswingers.. ! .. said I used to be  .. lol ..she walked away with a cheeky smile .. mate said what was that all about .. I was like "nothing !!!"
Hence when you get ladies wanting face pictures straight off I have to decline and explain why.. bit of chat first and we'll see where we live work and socialise first ok ??!!! ... Sorry?!, No im not married.. yes I am sure I'm single |

Quite a few, and bump in to a few of them fairly regularly. There's never any awkwardness, as there shouldn't be.
My next door neighbour joined a few weeks ago, but he's a bit weird so I blocked him instantly  x |
