The world of ‘foot enthusiasm’ is incredibly diverse. As you say, some like dirty feet, others insist on spotlessly clean and just washed; some people are only interested in small feet, some in large, whilst others love variety.
If you ask 100 different foot fetishists what they specifically enjoy or look for, then you are likely to get 100 different answers.
Personally, I love women’s soles (preferably being shoved in my face  ) and have no specific ‘type’ but tend to love a variety of sizes, shapes, colours and so on  |

I dabble in the foot world 
Personally I've found foot fans want smelly, stinky and sweaty feet, sock fluff and all.
Never had any requests for freshly washed and sweet smelly toes and soles.
Took me a while to adjust to that, but now I'm like yep they are stinky have at it |
