There are a few . Club paradise, Laguna. Prague is a great place to have fun as a swinger. Just watch out for the men though can be very pushy.

Club Lublanska is good too

Sometimes the men can be a bit pushy but a good No sends them packing

Hope so as we are there the weekend of the 20th Jan and plan to try Nirvana and Club Lublansk
