Wouldn't think the taxi will be any more than a tenner from the city centre, assuming you're meaning round about Central Station area. Only problem will likely be getting one once the party is over. |

If I remember rightly, we got a taxi from Charing Cross area of town last year and cost us about £20. It was about the same price going back too. |

I was at school with the sons of the people who owned Smiths at the time.
There's quite a few hotels between Charing X and Kelvingrove but Smiths still has the best reputation.
No pretentions and handy for great pubs and restaurants on Argyle St. |
