Do you pay attention to winks or ignore them.

If I see someone who seems interested I wink but I feel lots of people just ignore them

Always look at winks.

If I'm interested i wink back if not.

I don't.

Sometimes we look and if we like the profile we will wink back.

Other times we just delete them if there’s too much.

I wink all the time, you've got to understand , for a man receiving a wink, is like a female receiving a message, and a man receiving a message is like all his Christmas coming at once

So winks are a big deal for us men

Tend to ignore and rarely give any out. Experience is that if I reply to a wink with a message it is invariably ignored.

We see that people have looked at our profile but if they have not left fab on a photo or a wink that we think we are not for them and take it no further.

If someone leave a wink we take it as the first signs of interest se we then look at their profile and think about winking back to see if we can take it further.

So, yes, we do take note of winks.
