What's For Xmas Dinner?

What does everyone have planned for Christmas dinner this year?

I have veg soup. Massive bit of lamb now, with roast potatoes and veg. An M&S pudding - the one with the choc in the middle.

I will probably only have soup, and stop.

more north lincs than mids!

Haven't decided on a starter yet, we normally don't bother as we are then too full for our main meal!

Main course will be a 3 bird roast, loads of veg, potatoes, gravy etc.

Pudding still to be decided. Haven't seen anything nice enough in the shops to bother buying yet.

When I do get round to making ours, we are having:

homemade lentil and bacon soup with warmed petit pan

melon, avocado and proscutio. / prawn cocktail

roast beef and roast pork, charlotte potatoes, goose fat roasties, peas and carrot batons, fried sprouts with onions, bacon lardons and chestnuts, pickled red cabbage, stuffing, pigs in blankets and a red wine gravy.

Trifle and profiteroles
