ok i drive all day for my work car is always filled with anti freeze, and in this weather i carry...

spade

torch

sleeping bag

pair of boots

and a box of packet soup and biscuits, take a flask of boiling water every day,

and bottled water!

Anyone else carry as much and ready for a storm...

Water,crisps,ice-cream,juice,fags,choc,bread,milk,penny sweets!

Spare pair boots

Plenty food

Only seen them in big motorway services shops so far, their building a dedicated krispy kreme cafe at hermiston gate, edinburgh.

I'm always on the road so I always have essentials in the car anyway. Some folk dont half go to extremes!

As long as my mobile is fully charged and I got my bank card i'll be just grand, nearest hotel please

i actually brought a set of helly hansen hi vi thermal waterproof suit from work for honey to keep in her car but mainly just because she been having few problems with the eletricals in it an she lives out in sticks ....least she still be warm an dry if she needs to walk anywhere or if power fails in car she can keep warm aswell
