So far I've found Watermelon Studio and Pivot Pole!
Pole is great exercise ( that doesn't feel like you're doing exercise), helps to build confidence and makes me feel comfortable in your own body.
Weight/ body type isn't an issue, be yourself, feel yourself and get dancing!
