See these post ALOT on the Scottish forum.
Yes it's usually cjs or the other clubs but..
Anyone going ie..concerts..shopping centres..Days out.. gyms??
Seriously do folk want others to know where they are going ??

Have you ever tried to navigate the club section ? This is for all things Scottish hence we got our own forum sub header because the posts about all things Scottish were getting lost everywhere else |

100% agreed but then when anyone says anything political or football related all hell breaks loose shouting there's a political forum page |

"Totally agree with you miss naughty. Club chat should be kept to the appropriate page instead of bombarding the Scottish room with umpteen posts. "
It was agreed in the past that the Scottish Clubs could be discussed etc in the Scottish forums as they got lost in the Club discussion one.
Maybe there should be a standard format to identify the club posts though so they're more easily seen/found, and not have duplicate threads for the same dates. |

I don’t see an issue with people posting about events or going for drinks to meet up with others. There are always people looking to meet for socials and to get verified.
Others may have been let down to attend a concert or show and have a spare ticket.
I’ve met some lovely people by responding to such posts or they’ve responded to mine. #bekind

Yet admin and moderators do not have an issue with it because of the sheer volume of other posts and numbers of clubs down south blah blah blah moaning about the posts is worse  let’s make posts to moan about post that don’t interest us but we choose to let it get to us oh my wordie |

If we didn’t socialise with others and encourage newbies this site wouldn’t work.
NSV and myself have taken many newbies to CJs for their first visit and some have become regulars. Surely that’s what this about. Networking to find people we want to meet up with won’t happen if we stay within our own circle of friends.
I’ve been doing the quiz social for 7/8 years and verified loads of people, made of lots of great friends and had some great experiences.
Post covid people were isolated and needed ways to socialise and get back out into meeting people. It’s good for your mental health to get out and socialise.

What does that say as well that no one else has anything the majority wanna talk about "
maybe that folk are getting bored and not chatting on the forums because it's just club posts?
I'm way past caring about cj post as it will never change..myself think it's just advertising the club and no one is actually interested in who's going.but when those that post about club post every week..and it is every week can't then moan about topics that should be in other forums?.
Anyway....back to my original ask?
Anyone happy for folk to know where and when your gonna be somewhere out n about in public? |

Some people may put posts up to see if it will strike up a conversation of interest, a way of getting to chatting to someone and u never know they might actually be nice to each other,forums are good for chatting but it's good to talk via posts as well .. keep smiling |

I can see its a conversation starter but i'd rather keep private life just that. As far a cjs chat can admin not just keep eye on threads so there isnt loads on the go..i scroll down what i dont want to read  |

I am heading over to Berlin with a good friend next year to see my Fav band as have always wanted to see them in Europe and it might be there last tour
All welcome to join us but mind its £90 a standing ticket , plus ur flights and digs |
