There’s quite a strong buddhist presence in Scotland with Kagyu Samye Ling down the borders for example. Well worth a visit if you’re interested.

I like meditation/yoga. Visited Samye ling before covid and hoping to go again in a few weeks. Would be interested in doing a course. I like the insight timer app. There a bhuddist group that runs in stirling

When I remember! Need to get back in the habit. Prefer guided meditation need to get properly back to yoga too not got a good routine there at the moment.
